Chinese Martial Arts (Wu Shu)
Wu
Shu is an outstanding example of
Chinese cultural legacy, rich in
content and with a diversity of forms.
Developed from distinctive
characteristics of China's traditional
sports culture, traditional Wu Shu is
practised throughout the world and has
an enormous potential for developing
the individual. Its value for
health-building, self-defense and
cultural education is greatly
appreciated by people from varied
cultural backgrounds. As such, it is
steadily entering the domains of
leisure and cultural sport worldwide.
The 2 week course is a basic
introduction to traditional Wu Shu. It
will include all the important elements
that are required within the sport;
stretching exercises, stamina workouts,
self-defence techniques and body

experience a great Chinese tradition
that could change the way you look at
sport and exercise.
